Rubin, Sr., internationally recognized weather expert and author of Forecasting the Weather (Franklin Watts Co., 1970) and The Weather Wizards Cloud Book (Algonquin Books, 1984) plus numerous articles on clouds and weather forecasting.
Joan Rubin Schoenes
Joan, daughter of Louis D. Rubin, Sr., founded Cloud Chart, Inc. in May of 1971. “I was amazed at the response to my Dad’s weather predictions and the acceptance of his cloud charts. When my Dad died, I decided to make a business out of his hobby and passion.”
Beth Stein
Beth Stein, granddaughter of Louis D. Rubin, Sr. currently runs Cloud Chart Inc. Beth is excited about continuing her family’s tradition of providing fun and engaging teaching tools for students and adults. She recently updated the company’s website to include an online store.
